Biography

Saurabh Lohiya is a Mechanical and Marine Engineer. He has served in the merchant navy for many years and traveled to several countries. Saurabh is passionate about inspiring people to become agents of change within their own communities. As, in-charge of the Engine Room on Cargo Ships during sailing voyages, he headed and managed ethnically diverse crew from different countries on various cargo vessels and understands that change begins with transformation in people.

He has collaborated in preparation of village development strategies and the creation of public play spaces with donated material, funds and villagers’ labor for villages in India.
