Biography

Gaurav Lohiya is a Construction Manager and Architect with over fifteen years of international professional experience of working in the United States, Middle East and India. He has managed development projects totaling Capex of over a billion dollars.

Gaurav’s interest focuses on developing innovative and successful project delivery strategies for architecture, engineering and construction projects. In recognition of his performance as at AECOM, Gaurav was awarded the AECOM Middle East’s ‘Impactus: Thought Leadership Award’ from 4,000 employees and was among 3 finalists for ‘Global Excellence Awards’ from among 50,000 employees worldwide. His papers have been accepted for presentation and publications at various International Conferences on Strategy and Management. He holds a Masters degree in Construction Management from Texas A & M University and a Bachelor of Architecture from NIT Raipur, India.
